She has spent the last half of her career treating a variety of injuries ranging from motor vehicle and work related accidents to soothing daily stresses. Kirsten began her massage career in 2001 after graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts. She decided on this career following a transformational spa experience she had in the mid 90s. Being able to create a healing environment, to hold space for others and to connect with people on a deeper level became her objective. Her sessions are meant to help clients slow down, get quiet and take the time to become grounded in their bodies. As an artist, Kirsten perceives massage as a means of self-expression and thinks of Ashiatsu as a dance, a movement of energy. She feels passionately about the freedom it has given her to move about the body with fluidity and grace, in addition to the ability to achieve deeper pressure than with a regular Swedish massage. Kirsten finds immense fulfillment in providing people with the experience of feeling nurtured and cared for.

Ashley loves being able to help clients achieve their goals each session whether it be providing pain relief to a particular area of the body or a feeling of general relaxation. Her hope is to be able to create a healing space where every client feels comfortable and cared for.

She started her journey as a massage therapist after finding relief from her own chronic pain during a series of massage appointments. Kat has felt a calling to be a healer since she was young, and has studied and experienced all sorts of modalities. Her back ground in yoga and qigong encourages stretching and movement to create healing blood flow in her clients bodies.
Kat is a Reiki practitioner and incorporates energy work into the massage to help a client achieve as much relief as possible, whether that be coupled with deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release, trigger point, and/or spa therapies including cupping and warm therapy using hot stones. Dan is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts, bringing a deep understanding of holistic health practices. Growing up with exposure to cultural healing traditions sparked his early interest in holistic medicine. This curiosity led to a deeper exploration of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology, where he developed a thorough understanding of how our muscles are interconnected with the entire body on both a physiological and molecular level.
Dan’s practice is rooted in the understanding that massage therapy plays a significant role in activating the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system and by promoting the body's relaxation response, massage helps shift the nervous system from a stress-induced state to a calmer, restorative state. This facilitates healing, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.
With specialized training in Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and Cupping, Dan takes a comprehensive and scientifically informed approach to healing. He focuses on restoring balance to the body and relieving discomfort by addressing the root causes of tension and imbalance.
Dan customizes each session to meet the individual needs of his clients, providing therapeutic relief while creating a calming, supportive environment. His goal is to offer a space where clients can experience lasting relief from pain, improve overall well-being, and leave feeling more connected to their body and mind.
Dan is committed to helping clients not only achieve short-term goals of pain relief but also support long-term health and wellness.

Elena is originally from Ukraine and has called the U.S. home since 2010. Her path to massage therapy began early—her mother was both a doctor and a massage therapist, and she grew up seeing how healing and powerful touch can be.
After years in the service industry, Elena realized she wanted a career that felt more meaningful and connected. Massage therapy became that path—something that honors both her values and her lifelong exposure to holistic care.
Elena’s approach blends technique with intuition. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Traditional Thai Massage, and specializes in Ashiatsu, a barefoot modality that lets her work with slow, grounded, and deeply restorative pressure. She finds it to be the perfect balance of strength, grace, and flow—much like dance, which has also been a lifelong passion of hers.
For Elena, massage is more than bodywork—it’s a way of helping people feel safe, nurtured, and truly at home in their bodies again. Each session with her is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm.
