Sophia Cardiel, LMT

Sophia’s journey in massage therapy began when her fascination with emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being encouraged her to pursue this career. 

She attended a two-year massage therapy program at Lane Community College. In 2020, she graduated and received her licensure. 

Sophia incorporates the tools she learned to assist her clients on their own healing journey, and to bring more balance and comfort into their lives. Sophia practices equity-oriented healthcare and she believes that affirming, positive bodywork can make a big difference.
